I have an existing Access form that I have entered data into. I gave a
student of mine the Access template that I have been using and he has been
entering data into his form as well. Now I would like to combine the two
datasets and be able to view the  entries in the Access form and not just in
the table. I have tried to do this myself but have not figured it out as of
yet. I am hoping that someone can help me.

Thank you in advance!

Your subject line mentioned Excel, but your description did not.  Are you
using Excel?

NOTE: backup both databases before attempting to change either.

If you wish to add the records in [Table2] to [Table1], open one of the
databases, link to the table whose records you wish to add, and create an
append query.
