I need to export some spreadsheets that were begun when I was using Excel in
XP.  I now have a computer with Vista and want to export those spreadsheets
to  Microsoft Works Task Launcher's Works Spreadsheet.  I have tried all of
Vista's "Helps" and find nothing concerning this ability.  I have Windows
Vista Home Premium.

Vista doesn't really enter into the equation.  That is the operating system.
It is not the version of Excel you are using.  If you are using Excel 2007,
Open the workbook and click the funky circle at the upper left of the screen
and choose the Save As option.  If you don't see the format you need, choose
the "Other Formats" option and choose from that list.  I didn't see Works as
an option but if works can read earlier versions of Excel, choose to export
as Excel 97-2003.
