HOW DO I IMPORT NEW DATA FROM EXCEL TO ACCESS FROM EXISTING FILES

I am doing an access Data Base for Independent Contractors for a home care
business and need to know how to import new contractors from excel to access
2000 or can I hand type the info in?

Sounds like you're in over your head.

File, Get External Data, Import, choose Excel.

Or link, and then query the data to append the appropriate fields...
