I tried converting a previous Access file to 2007.  It did import the data
but all my forms (and switchboards) are GONE !  Is there some better method
to use?
I can't believe MS would make a new Office program that will not convert
THEIR previous database, to a useable new format.

I appreciate your help.

Thanks
Ron

Pretty sad that NO one replied to this post in over a week!

Eight days later I found my own solution, with help in part from the
Microsoft Access tutorial at:
http://office.microsoft.com/training/training.aspx?AssetID=RC101933201033

Had to open and save the older database properly.  Did not tell this
anywhere that I found in the “Getting Started” owners guide, or in the
on-line help files -- at least not any I found.  However, the biggest thing
was selecting “Enable this content” button under the Security Alert in the
“Trust Center”.
Now I have 98% of the older version Access database operational in Access
2007, including switchboards and menu’s.

Hope this info helps others out there.

Does anyone monitor this board?
