I apologize, I "mistyped", I was referring to the collect data by email
function in Access 2007. Users, on any email system, when I send an html
message, are unable to edit or submit.
Thanks,
GB

GB,
When sending html the user first receives a mail telling it to answer the
questions or fill out the forms. What the user needs to do is click the
reply-button in Outlook and from that point on the form can be filled with
the appropriate aswers. At that point the user will also see the send button
again.
So my advice is to place a little text in the mailoption from Access (when
creating the mail) in which you tell the user how to use the form. First
thing I tell my receivers is to press the replybutton in order to fill out
the form.
