If all you did was download the runtime from the internet, you don't have
the necessary license to redistribute it. You can only get that by
purchasing Office 2000 Developer.
Unfortunately, Microsoft no longer sells previous versions of Access.
One possibility is to check out sites that specialize in old software
products, such as http://www.emsps.com/oldtools/ or
http://recycledsoftware.com/
Another is to look at someplace like eBay to see whether anyone's trying to
see their old versions (Note, though, that products purchased this way
aren't always legal...)

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Well, I am very much aware that I cannot redistribute
these runtime files, but I just want to confirm that it
works so that I can go for it.
I followed all the steps explained in the article, but
still, the report does not get displayed when executed.
instead, i am getting a blank screen wherein access opens.
Can you please put some light on it and tell me in detail
what steps i have to take.
If you have any sample code on this, if you can send that
across to me, then it would be of great help for me.
my email id is sudhakara_tp@yahoo.com
