Access 2003 Developer Extensions

I have an Access 2003 database (mdb).

The database uses Microsoft Hierachical Flexgrid Control 6.0 (MHF)

I want to make a distributable package, so I bought Access 2003 Developer
Extensions (ADE), since I cannot use Office XP Developer for Access
2003-files

However I have some problems:

1.. How do I tell ADE to package and install the MHF-object? If I include
the MHF-ocx-file in the additional files-list, the MHF-object will just be
copied to the target install-folder. The MHF-object will not be properly
installed and the Access-application will not run.
2.. The shortcut-menu for the installed application will not work on
machines with Office XP. How to make it work?
3.. Is Access 2003 Developer Extensions the right software to make
distributable package of Access-files.

This is a frequent topic.  ADE is only marginally better than previous
packaging tools provided by Microsoft.  There are a variety of 3rd party
tools available for distributing applications, some specifically for Access.
There is a white paper on site listed below under add-ins/extras.
Otherwise, look at Installer2Go, SageKey, Wise, or InstallSheild.
