I have been hired as an entry level database administrator using Acess 2000.
I need to strengthen my skills with queries, linking and macros. Any
suggestions on how I can do this quickly?

I'll suggest a couple of books
Access 2002 Desktop Developer's Handbook and
Access 2002 Enterprice Developer's Handbook
by Litwin, Getz and Gunderloy (SYBEX)
not that I have anything to do with the authors but I
really owe my current job as an Access Developer to these
books!

Also try Alison Balter's books on Access, and the Access 2000 Bible - the
latter was a good help in getting started, but didn't cover VBA very well.
