Deploying a packaged solution

i am trying to create a package to deploy but when i go
to add-ins manager it is empty - i cannot find the
package and deployment wizard there.  
there is no package and deployment wizard either - i
cannot find an answer in the help file about what to do
to get the package and deployment wizard option in the
add-ins manager.

can someone help me

Hi

I know this is no help at all, but id like to jump on this
bandwagon! Im having the excat same problem, and i must
have searched through hundreds of help files to get an
answer. I stil havent found it!

If anyone can help please do!

Its very frustrating!!!!!

You must have office developer installed to be able to
have the package and deployment wizard.  If you do have it
installed you must go the the add-in manager and start it
and after that it will be avaliable on your add-in pull
down.
