We own multiple copies of Access 2000 and I'm developing
an application that uses an Access database for storing
the information, however, Access is not required for
viewing any data as its all done thru my application.

My question is this.  If I created the Access database
using our licensed version of Office, can I know
distribute the Access database with my application or does
there have to be some kind of license for each person who
uses my application?

If all you're doing is storing data in a Jet database (i.e.: an MDB),
there's no licensing issue that I'm aware of.
