Up dateing Front end in runtime

I'm am working with the code Steve Schapel has at
http://accesstips.datamanagementsolutions.biz/versions.htm
to automatically update a front end. I have it working great until I convert
the front end to runtime by changing the extention to .accdr (in Access 2007)

The I get a error
"... cannot open this file ... file was converted to runtime br changing
it's extention to .accdr. This file will only open when Access is in runtime
mode..."

I'm guessing the problem is in the code to open the local front end

LocalFile = CurrentProject.Path & "\PMG Proposals.accdr"
CmdToOpen = """" & SysCmd(acSysCmdAccessDir) & "Msaccess.exe""" & " """ &
LocalFile & """"
       Shell CmdToOpen, vbNormalFocus

there it is... in older versions add /runtime to the command line and it
starts in runtime mode.  see if putting that after your msaccess.exe part of
the command gets rid of that message.
