VSTO question - ref Access 2003 runtime & PDW

My understanding is that the product known as 'Microsoft Visual Studio Tools
for the Microsoft Office System' (or VSTO) is what contains the Access 2003
runtime and the Access 2003 Package and Deployment Wizard (PDW). Would I
have to find the 2003 version of VSTO to get these items or are they
included in VSTO 2005?

Is VSTO also available within the full Visual Studio package itself or has
it only ever been available as a separate product? My reason for asking this
question is that a world-wide search on completed eBay auctions did not
identify a single previous sale of VSTO.

VSTO is included in an MSDN subscription, most likely at professional and
above, since that is where tools such as Visual Studio are available. For
Visual Studio 2005 it's a separate install. Your query is for 2003, so this
may not be of assistance, but for Access 2007, you can download and install
pluginis for the Production and Deployment Wizard, and the 2007 Runtime.

I believe that you can purchase VSTO 2005 seperately and I have found this
for sale on the internet - at a quite high cost. I think that this only come
with the MSDN Premium - the highest version, but have heard that it is now
removed within this package.
If you can use 2007 - I cant - then go for it.
