where to get runtime?

i know this is a lame question, but does anyone know where
to get runtime? i thought there would be an access 2002
developer addition and that it would be included in the
package but i can't find an access 2002 developer addition
anywhere. any suggestions? thanks!!

You need to buy Office XP Developer.  The Access 2002 runtime is included.

It's actually called Office Developer and the runtime is included
