SendObject and XP

I have an Access 97 application that uses SendObject to
auto send emails. SendObject will not work when I install
my app on a WinXP machine. I have tested the app with
AccessXP and it seems to work fine. I am not quite ready
to upgrade to OfficeXP. Anyone have any ideas?

I am having the same issue with an application. The
problem is the CDO objects (Outlook) has a security
feature that prevents and automation object to send email
unless it is registered with the Exchange Server. There
is an article in the knowledge base on this. Hope this
helps.
