I would like to create Snapshot files from MFC/C++, but I can't find
anything on Snapshot except within Access.

Can someone point me to any API documentation?

You can only do this via Automation of the Access session. There is no
external libray that would allow for the creation of Snapshot files
directly from the MDB.

I am assuming that your looking for something that will save a file, preiew
of a report, or a report that you do not want anyone to be able to change.,
This may be possible using a PDF file as they seem to operate similar in
nature to SNAPSHOT in Access.  I do not know if the PDF process if free or
not however it is used daily in my emails I receive.
