I cant find the page control

I have just done a complete reinstal from IE 6 to IE7 i used to be able to
cascade the pages in the browser so i can have several pages open at the same
time which is great when trying to set up some thing so i have up to 6 or
more pages open at the same time,i need this while i am setting up a new
website whith a new hosting company where their set up is different to others.
Can anyone help me please.
