Runtime is a licensing mechanism NOT a security measure.
You should indeed assume that any of your customers may have Full Access.
I'm not sure why you posted to all those newsgroups and missed the one called
"security". I guess that newsgroup is pretty secure :-)

That this is not "security", but just the erection of a barrier. For all
those users who wouldn't know to modify the shortcut then it is a barrier.
For those that do know this, it is not.
