I'm using MS Access 2000  and Windows XP Pro

Before the making of the MDE of my database I have to check all the
reports because some of them change from landscape to portrait. And
one report that has columns it changes the number to 1. I don't even
change or open those reports.

Thanks for all the help

That's a bit unusual though I've heard of it happening.
(it seldom happens to me, probably just lucky)

It is known to happen if the printer PORT changes.

Or there could be something wrong with your printer driver. Choose a standard
printer driver on LPT1. For any laser printer you can use an "HP Laserjet 4
Plus". Make sure the printer driver is set to A4, if that's what you use.

If you are distributing and therefore likely to use various printers, use
"Default Printer" rather than "Set Specific Printer". Obviously, others may
not have your specific printer.

Generally, I think it's a result of a suitable printer driver not being
available, for some reason, so all the parameters get reset. I use Access2000
and it's not usually a problem, though I suppose that's not much help ;-)

You need to have at least Service Release 1 for Office 2000.
Access 2000 did not work correctly until the first Service
pack.
