If I have a web cam on my computer with Windows Vista how can I make a movie
with it... without downloading apple software?

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

I'd suggest reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Vista, such as
microsoft.public.windows.vista.music_pictures_video
