I converted a couple of .mdb file to the new .accdb.  There are a couple of
people who normally access these files.  After conversion each user is
receiving a 'Read Only'  warning which impeeds their ability to process data.
I have check on the properties security tab and they all have modify
permissions.  How can I fix this?

Is the location of the accdb file in their Trusted Locations?

From the Office Button, choose Access Options | Trust Center | Trusted
Locations
