access97 to access2003

hi
i cannot convert my database fron access97 to access2003. It tells me that i
dont have proper permission for that, but i gave all the administrative
rights to myself and did make my base to be monopolistic
help anyone

Sorry, It is not possible to convert a database from Access 97 to Access
2003.

The  conversion is possible and in most cases routine. See
