I am trying to open a wdb file in access and am unable to
find a conversion utility.

Unfortunately, there isn't one. One option is to open the wdb file in Works
and export it in a format that Access does recognize (such as .txt, .csv or
.dbf). I've heard rumours that you might be able to open it using Excel, and
then have Access import from Excel, but I can't confirm this.
