Access 2003 adp still can't edit sql server express 2005 objects?

I'm just reevaluating apds after a long time...I have Access 2003 sp3,
but still can't edit server object (sql server 2005 express). I thought
that was supposed to be fixed for sp3? I've searched here, didn't find
an answer, though I probably missed it.

Nope, only with Access 2007.
