how can I use an Access project with user's level security (mdw) ?

is it possible ?

You don't use *.mdw for ADP app. ADP is front end app of SQL Server/MSDE.
Data access security is all controlled by SQL Server/MSDE in this case.

SQL Server security is MUCH between than MDE security.
