Access 2003 & MS Flexgrid Control Version 6

I get a message 'You do not have the license required to use this ActiveX control'.

I have installed the 2003 Access Developers Extensions

What am I missing

in order to use ActiveX in access - you need to have license. i think
license for MS Flexgrid ships with VB6

I have VS.Net ...

I tried to install Office XP Developer ... it didn't work, needs the initial installation of Office XP ...
