I have Office 2003 Professionals installed with the Access 2003 Developers
Extensions yet when I try to place the MSCOMM32.OCX control on a form I get
the dreaded licensing error.

Can anyone tell me why?

My OCX is dated 6/24/98 and the OCA and DEP files are present.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I think you should have VB5/6 installed in order to get this license
