I have re-installed MS Office 3 time, I have uploade and
installed all the updates etc, I have also uploaded and
installed MDAC 2.8 to no avail.
When I attempt to do something like creating a for in
Access using the wizard, it comes up with the above error
message.
What can I do to recitfy this problem?

Hi,
I had a similair problem when using third party activeX
controls. The dll for the control was not correctly
registered and I had to manually register the component
by using "regsvr32 c:\xxx.dll".
