Hi,

I am using Access XP.

I am looking for an ActiveX Control that will get me the "Locale
Information" from Windows Regional Settings, like the format of the "short
date" and also the language like "French (Canada)", "English (Canada)" or
"English (United States)".

Or maybe the code that would get me this information.

Thanks for your help....

Randy Birch has a number of locale-related samples at
http://vbnet.mvps.org/code/locale/index.html

Obligatory warning: Randy's site is aimed at VB programmers. Due to
differences between VB and Access, some of the samples don't port directly
to Access (usually the problems are form-related).
