have two errors on screen

No:1 - webspeederror from messenger proces 6019.

No: 2 - webspeed agency error agent did not return an html page [6383]

I just started  at home with imac O.S. so can you give me some ideas as I
have contacted onetel and apple and they have told me to ask you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sorry, you'll need to post this to a more appropriate newsgroup: one that
deals with Outlook Express.

This newsgroups is for questions about using ActiveX controls in Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional (and which only exists
for Windows).

1 - As Doug said, this group is for Microsoft Access.

2 - Please do not use all caps in the subject or body of a newsgroup post.
All caps is considered shouting and very rude.

3 - The Mac Outlook Express group is:
microsoft.public.internet.outlookexpress.mac

Good luck.
