Missing Library

I recently created a stand alone DB in Access 2000
operating in WIndows 98, 2nd. Ed. The code is not running
properly whereever I have a Where clause with AND.
It has been suggested that this is because I am missing a
reference. I found that I have somehow "lost" MS ADO
Recordset 2.5 library. Does anyone know how I can get it
back ? I reinstalled Access 2000 but it was not there.
Thanks.

Thank you so much. Needless to say, I'm new at this and
this is my first post - a good experience. Thank you.
