Hello, why do my Logitech mouse wheels never work when I'm editing code in
Access, for instance? I used to have a computer/install once where it did,
but I don't know what was different about that system. None of my current 3
systems can do it, either.

Anybody know the trick?

TIA

Hi,

You may want to try a third-party software Freewheel:

http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/2060/freewheel.htm
l

the Visual Basic IDE does not have built-in support for
scrolling by using the mouse wheel. However, if you have
an Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer Mouse and install
IntelliPoint software version 4.x, you may be able to
scroll the wheel. The following article document this
information:

837910 Mouse wheel events do not work in the Visual
Basic 6.0 IDE

If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know.

Sincerely,

William Wang
