Hi everybody,

I would like to print separately Odd and Even pages from Access Report.
Expoting to Word (Publish it with MS Word) doesn't solve the problem since I
don't get lines that are separating records in the report (this is crucial).
Is there any way to print Odd and Even pages separately dirctly from Access,
or is there any solution to get all graphical objects (lines) in Word *.pdf
document made from the Access Report.

Thanks in advance

Either print the report to PDF from Access (as opposed to going through Word
as an intermediary), or use the Snapshot format.

BTW, there was no need to post this to so many groups: most of the groups to
which this was posted are irrelevant to the question.

Take a look at the article at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;209508.

BTW, you are lucky you are getting any replies. It is *VERY* rude to post to
more than one or two groups at a time. Especially totally unrelated groups.

This was a report question. You only needed to ask it in *one* group,
microsoft.public.access.reports.

If you want to keep from getting on everyone's "never read list," take a
look at http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm.

Good luck.

Happy New Year!

One to go!
What will happen then...what will happen then...

(Answer): Access might become obsolete first. But not yet, Sco!
