I need to build a email interface in access where I need
to send emails to different counties in accordance with
events eg. sending email to all members of a particular
county, sometimmes all members of another county etc. The
email utilizes SMTP and POP servies of an Intenet
provider.

Is there any ActiveX control or other resource that may
help me build this interface? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Regards.

Take a look at Total Access Emailer - it is probably perfect for your needs.

If you want to build your own solution, I would suggest that you take a look
at Tony Toews page on creating email from Access:
