MS 2003 Professional Suite.

When I try to use the forms wizard or the add-in manger
in Access
I get a  ActiveX components not found error.  I have
tried everything, including completely un-installing the
suite and then re-installing it, making sure EVERY
component was installed.

The suite is on the C-drive of a PC.  Why won't this
software work?  Is there a Microsoft phone number
I can call to get help?  I tried several phone numbers
listed on MS Web sites only to be cut off after
going through voice-mail options with "We are
sorry we are unable to help you at this time" followed
by a disconcert.
