years ago I developed an application that communicated with a scale thru a
serial port. I believe the control I used was called 'MSCOMM' or something
similar. I am now looking to communicate with a label printer in a similar
method. where can I find this control or something similar that will do the
job of communicating /controlling the serial ports?

thanks in advance
