I have no sound coming from my speakers.  I unplugged then repluged to have system think I just installed new equipment and it did acknowledge but now I can't seem to get any sound to come from it.  I do :
Start
control panel
sounds and audio devices
then to audio; and there where it has sound playback; default device ; Modem # 0 Line Playback
Sound recording:  Modem # 0 Line Record, too.
Default device:  MPU-401
How do I change this so that my sound can actually play sound?

Thanks for all foreseen help in the solving of this problem,  Thelma/Tammy Hightower

This newsgroup is intended for questions about using ActiveX controls in
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be better off asking in a newsgroup related to whatever operating
system you're using (they start microsoft.public.win2000,
microsoft.public.win95, microsoft.public.win98, microsoft.public.windowsme,
microsoft.public.windowsnt or microsoft.public.windowsxp) or dealing with
the manufacturer of your hardware.

I'd suggest letting people know what hardware you're talking about as well.
